Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your admin panel. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access to the higher tier until the end of your billing period.
What are AI tokens?
Tokens measure AI usage. One customer conversation typically uses 500-2,000 tokens depending on complexity. The AI Manager handles external customer communication; AI Consultant tokens are for internal business questions from your team.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
You'll receive a notification before your tokens run out. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional tokens. The platform continues to work — only AI responses pause until tokens are replenished.
What is Private AI Infrastructure?
Private AI is our enterprise offering where the entire Barry Flow platform is deployed on your own servers. All AI models run locally, all data stays within your infrastructure. Ideal for law firms, medical practices, and organizations requiring complete data sovereignty.
